The chef's recommendation served at Hachiko has no fixed menu that has been prepared in advance.
First you can choose your main dish from our recommended seasonal fish and choice meat. Next we will ask you about your unfavorite food, your purpose of dinner (anniversary, business entertainment), and any other requests to us. Then, we will make the most appropriate menu for your pleasant day here.
We keep in mind that we will not serve the same dish as last time to you if we can welcome you again.
We would like our guests to enjoy our chef's recommendation, which is Hachiko's specialty, serving a variety of dishes combining direct-from-the-farm ingredients, food in season, and rare delicacies of sea and mountains.
*Your reservation would be recommended to enjoy our better services. Of course your order on the day is also acceptable.

Mini chef’s recommendation tray

"Mini chef's recommendation tray" is a personalized course dinner which enables you to enjoy a small amount of each authentic dish recommended by Hachiko.
This course is most suitable for those for whom the amount of a regular kaiseki meal is too much or who want to try a kaiseki meal that they are unfamiliar with.
Also, many people enjoy small trays of dishes with sake of special brand. Please feel free to experience Japanese stylishness and tastes.
